He very literally, very explicitly has, though.  He publicly rededicated himself to Jesus after the divorce when he was trying to control Kim from a distance by publicly complaining about her dressing too provocatively and putting his kids in danger by putting the names of the private schools they attend on social media.  Jesus Is King; The Sunday Service Choir: any of this ring a bell??

Bianca is probably in a terrible relationship because I don't think Kanye has ever had a good one.  I don't think he drugs her or anything, I think she, like many terrible people, will do/put up with/condone almost anything for fame.  She was attention-seeking before, she's attention-seeking now.
