Right so asynchronous learning seems set up to make it easier/ more missable than a full instructional day.  The ship has sailed on the extra snow day.  What would you have preferred they do?[/quote]

Use one of the random closure days that we seem to have practically every month. Asynchronous learning doesn’t help find 6 hours of time in a 10 day break that is completely scheduled and where accessing MCPS systems is impossible.[/quote]

April 22 is one of the "random closure days" (not really random - it's Passover).  It's not part of a 10-day break -- it's separate from spring break.  Are you confused about the date?[/quote]

Passover begins at sundown on the 22nd. If they were trying to give a day off for people who observe Passover, it would be Tuesday the 23rd.[/quote]
