Robert Hur, who declined to charge President Joe Biden for mishandling classified documents while serving as vice president but called him an “elderly man with a poor memory” and “diminished faculties in advancing age.”

The report found that Biden willfully retained classified documents and disclosed classified information. But the special counsel report did not recommend charging Biden for mishandling classified documents in part because, in Hur’s view, “Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Hur didn’t diagnose Biden with a medical problem. He simply stated Biden is elderly and has a poor memory.

Let’s remember how everyone without medical degrees here and elsewhere on the internet has diagnosed Trump with all kinds of mental health disorders and personality disorders; nobody said whoa hold on: everyone is practicing medicine without a license! Stop it, guys!

People diagnosed Trump’s youngest son with a developmental disability- where are their medical degrees? Even if someone has a medical degree, they can’t diagnose anyone who hasn’t established a doctor- patient relationship and been seen in person. Not having medical degrees hasn’t ever stopped dcum from giving their opinion.

Anyone who pays attention can see Biden has perceptibly changed in the years he has been in office. His medical records show he lost 6 lbs in one year. It’s probably his loss of muscle and decreased appetite due to aging. He is an elderly man and he has got a poor memory.

The president rambled, occasionally mixed up words, trailed off awkwardly once or twice, and looked gaunt.

The worst moment was when he wanted to say that he hasn’t been able to communicate his purported accomplishments effectively but couldn’t come up with the best way to put it. “Well, see,” noted a sympathetic Jimmy Kimmel, “that’s kind of perfect. You haven’t been able to communicate it.”
