Have a complaint about your boss? Don’t go to DCHR! They will cover for them and make you disappear. And don’t say anything to anyone because that would embarrass your poor, racist, sexist boss.

How this can be, PP?  When I worked for DCPS, central office was mostly women minorities, a few male minorities, and a sprinkle of whites and Asians.  I am not disbelieving your situation, just puzzled how the overall district government could be toxic to minorities and women.[/quote]

Yeah, agree. Do you even live in the district? The makeup of WMATA is 98% African American. Ever been to DCRA? What’s the racial makeup of the police? It’s like 65% minority. I don’t believe you’re from DC at all. Mayor Barry also staffed the majority of the government with minority staff under his tenure…[/quote]
