When I was pregnant and nauseous and not as concerned about weight gain, I had rolled oats every morning. I have a hard time sticking to maintenance calories if I incorporate grains and other high carb foods. Idk why people here are so offended by that—just my experience[/quote] Same I do better with protein like eggs or unsweetened Greek yogurt in the am. Way less cravings throughout the day.
