Some people get VERY triggered during and after the process, such that they feel compelled to post bad information. With VPNs and anon posts widely available, it becomes their choice of outlet. Instead, in person, weekly CBT should be in order, but I suppose they would not see (or admit) that they have one or more issues. Clearly the issue is bigger than them, and not about college, at all.
