Is it a big deal to switch days after the initial?  For instance, if Monday turns out to be a bad choice, can you take it 8 or 9 days later (instead of 7) to move to Tuesday or Wednesday?

Of course. You may notice the effect starts to wane at the end of a week, so in the early days I'd extend by a day at a time.

I go into the office for my shots and also travel a lot for work so often have to go on different days of the week.[/quote]
