Show us the evidence or it never happens.[/quote] This happened to my high school when a student in the class above me was nominated and was offered one of those special 100% full ride (room, board, tuition, special summer internships, etc) scholarships and turned it down to go to Princeton (think Moorhead, Echols, etc). She had lied about her commitment to go to the scholarship schools, which is a big, fancy school often discussed on DCUM but she apparently wanted to go to Princeton instead. That university didn’t accept students from our school for about 5 years. It’s a medium size private in Virginia (not in the DMV). So it definitely can happen. [/quote] Is this private or public HS?
