All first-years are required to live on campus, and they demolished the "new dorms" and replaced them with other "new dorms" with increased occupancy. (I found it a bit odd when visiting with my kid that the "old dorms" were still standing and that it was the "new dorms" that were slated for replacement because of maintenance issues. The former "new dorms" were suite-style, while the new ones are hall-style like the old dorms.)[/quote]
