Remember your brain and stomach will be secreting ghrelin and unhappy with severe calorie restriction; will likely binge at some point and feel awful. Be kind to yourself and buy some cheap black pants in your size. Commence with sustainable changes and exercise. Practice a little meditation, mindfulness and gratitude. It is okay to be upset with weight gain, but gain a little perspective- as a woman you will be doing this for a while and as you age no single thing like quitting wine will yield miracle results in 4-6 weeks.[/quote]
