Eat clean: high protein, vegs, low or no bad carbs, tons of water and no sugar. Keep this up for 2 months and you'll make a huge dent in those 20 pounds.[/quote] No way. In the same boat and eating 1100 calories a day, working out everyday and 10k steps a day and have not lost weight in 3 months. I’m an inch taller and 140 lbs. Trying to get to 130. Original weight was 122. [/quote]
