I normally eat about 1600 calories. So if I run, I give myself 100 calories for every mile that I ran, add it up, and subtract 100. So for 5 miles, I'd give myself 400 more calories. If I continue to be hungry, I assume it's a crossed wire for thirst, and I drink more water. [/quote]
