They are bused around the country to find shelter and food and healthcare and be dependents who cannot be deported or allowed to work and join the labor force legally or even illegally. They aren't allowed to make a living and support themselves, but cannot and do not get deported. What are they? Seems like they are a much different wave that previous waves of illegal immigrants who would usually stay hidden under covers in their community and try to get a way to remain if having relatives, kids, etc.[/quote]
