It isn’t BS.  While there is no cut and dry exact “heathy weight” there is a point in which excess weight hinders the ability to move your body and affects your organs and hormones.  That is fact [/quote]

This is the answer. The vast majority of Americans are not edge cases. If the CDC numbers are to be believed Americans are wildly overweight and metabolically unhealthy. [/quote]
