When there's an inevitable downturn, jobs will start asking for degrees, just because there will be too many candidates for the same post. I've seen this happen at every generation. This might happen when your child is 30, or 40, ie: an age where going back to school is less of an option (with a family to support). Just FYI.[/quote]
