Um, my job is not nearly as important as a nanny or a DCP. I work in spreadsheets all day. Its not like I'm an ER doc or something.

I talk to my Dh about 2xs a day.  We often call each other to check in just to say hi, or (gasp!) I love you.

What do we talk about when we get home? Are you serious? If you have nothing of interenst that you want to talk to your spouse about, then that sounds like a pretty miserable marriage.  I dunno, last night we talked about the presidential election for a bit, we talked about our camping trip this weekend, and we talked about him possibly getting laid off soon and his action plan to look for a new job before cuts start happening and ways that we could cut our own spending in anticipation.[/quote]
