OP here. I'd assume that as a woman who's interested in having children you wouldn't look for a man making  50K unless you're fresh out of school or you wanted to become a provider yourself and as I said. [b]150K is pretty normal here.[/b] Almost any couple of professionals should be able to hit that mark in their 30s.[/quote]

You are deep in a bubble if you think 150k is an average salary.  I’ve got an Ivy League degree that y’all covet and decades of work experience and just cracked 100k this year.

Someone making $150k is literally in the top 10% of wage earners in this country.  So should only 10% of people in this country have children?[/quote]
