Jesus.  Anyone know anything about the victim?  Sort of sounds like a personal dispute maybe between two homeless guys or possible a drug related dispute. How awful. Nope, just regular old garden variety unchecked severe and violent mental illness. He was already known to police for attacking businesses and apparently also attacked or threatened animals at a farm. Honestly, the fact that he stabbed a dog is probably the best outcome considering how it could have easily been a person randomly killed instead. [/quote]

Thank God he was only destroying screens in drive thrus.
Thank God he was only killing ducks.
