There does seem to be a person here on DCUM who keeps talking about the "appalling" things they saw at Stokes during a pre-pandemic visit whenever anyone mentions the school - probably you. I can only speak to our own experience: other than staying closed for way too long during COVID, we've been happy. It's been a nurturing environment for the kids, they enjoy going, and by all apparent standards are doing well academically. Great parent community too and active PTA. Is it perfect? Of course not, but they haven't given us a reason to leave.[/quote]
