Sure, but concerns that the state is staging school shootings of kids? There's legitimate concerns about whether a nee vaccine is safe, but concerns that it's going to microchip you? It's a huge plot to reduce the world population?

I can talk back and forth about pros/cons of gun control laws, about realistic concerns of vaccine safety. But how does one engage when folks have really extreme devout beliefs?

No it wasn't.  We could easily post hundreds of articles about various right wing kooks who thought it contained microchips, demon dna, that it was for mind control, the number of the beast, et cetera.   And the "legitimate concerns" were based on yet more wild conspiracy theories and unsubstantiated BS.  Like "OMG someone who got the vaccine was found to have myocarditis!"  Well gee whiz hon, turns out that people who got covid who DID NOT have the vaccine were 27 times MORE LIKELY to have myocarditis than those who did get the vaccine.  [/quote]
