It can be a booster for you and then once you lose it, you can stop and just continue to eat less.[/quote] No they aren't.[/quote] If you’re in this camp of people you’re most likely better off incorporating better dietary choices, cardio and strength training as well as good ole fashioned things like plenty of sleep, water and supplements as needed. I think when we go go for easy (which we all want to trust me) we are overlooking a lot of consequences down the road. One thing that concerns me with these medications is loss of muscle which is key to build and maintain as we age. I was a PP that said here is no biological free lunch. You will be making a trade-off somewhere. [/quote]
