OP should not have invited drama by *telling* his ex this information, especially because he was asking her to do work for him to go on a date when most good parents would be using their limited time with the kids to spend time with the kids. It does sound like she was very strongly triggered, but I wonder if the issues she is pursuing (custody and CS) are valid and this is just what pushed her over the edge. [/quote]
