They can be purchased right on Amazon with zero age restrictions. $60 for a whole kit. My DS' friend bought one. So far he's only practicing on fake skin that can also be purchased online. I don't do threats, but I have told DS if he allows that kid to give him a tattoo, I'm selling his car and not paying for college. I told DS I don't care if he gets a tattoo when he's 18 (I somewhat do care, but you know, trying to play it 'cool') but that tattoo cannot come from his friend.[/quote]
