According to a witness who was with the decedent, the decedent and the suspect fought, the suspect and his group walked away, the decedent and his group followed them (because the witness says the decedent was hard headed and wouldn't let things go) and restarted the altercation. The police version says there was plenty of opportunity for the suspect to get away. Very curious how much money the suspect's family has, because it sure looks like there is a lot there to mount a defense. [/quote]
