The reason many students do poorly on the AP stats courses in order of significance is because 1) The curriculum is not taught well; there is no calculus, not even a bit, 2) there are poor teachers who themselves do not understand statistics, nevermind calculus, and 3) many students are indeed not mathematically adept. Put all three together, and that is a recipe for a 3 out of 5 in a good scenario.[/quote]
