Principals at the top end of the scale just got a 5% raise in their October paycheck. That’s Reid’s doing. [/quote] The 5% is great, but the principals I personally know who left would not have stayed because of a raise. Many of our surrounding systems have fewer layers to leadership and more support from county leadership. That is what ultimately led to them leaving for greener pastures. FCPS has far too many layers and Willow Oaks specialists of nothing. [/quote]
