[/quote] This Rice vibe comes through on everything EVERYTHING I read about the place. I really hope my kid has the stamina to apply there. He's fading as he submits applications, and Rice would be a regular decision kind of place, and I really hope he actually submits an application! (and then gets in, and maybe gets some merit aid? don't even know if they offer it, and then likes it when he visits).... So actually, lots of unknowns. Just here to say I agree it's got a Golden Retriever kind of vibe! Wish it were closer to DC![/quote]
