Elissa was involved in a city wide campaign against a popular former CM whom many think is going to be the mayor. JLG and Allen are both in standalone wards with strong followings, despite what this site seems to feel.[/quote] Incumbents with so-called "strong followings" do not get viable, well-funded primary challengers, as is happening in Ward 4. JLG is extremerely vulnerable. Allen only ran unopposed because he did everything he could to get his most viable challenger redistricted to Ward 7.[/quote]
