There are criminal background checks for everyone over 18.   They also check for any prior evictions.  Credit score usually only needs to be above 600-650.

Not unless they care about a single speeding for six over in 2005. I'm not a SAHW, either. Been with the same company for 18 years. These assumptions are so weird. It's the charge-off. [/quote]
