Meanwhile their kids are probably anxious, depressed, and have PTSD from their perfectionist parents. Teens like to manage their clothing. There is very little else they can do. My kids wear the tiny shorts and long hoodies or big tee look, pajama pants, crop tops, etc... and I never say a word. I see at drop off and pick-up most kids are dressing the same. Who cares? I mean I wore daisy dukes, leather minis, low waisted tight flared jeans, crop tops, got a naval ring when I was 19yrs old, etc... Let them have SOME control over themselves.
