As we see in this thread, that's not happening in all schools.  Some are using the time to teach leftist ideology. I agree.  I'd be fine with a study hall type class.  Or a class where they simply had time to re-take tests, or get extra help.

That is not the case at our MS.  The school is using the time for SEL lessons and some of them are definitely questionable.  [/quote]
