So many polices were not followed. When the state came in to do inspections suddenly, all the rules needed to change and be followed even though they were never explained/ enforced. i think many managers are so used to lying that they start believing their lies. So much can go wrong and you can be blamed and sued. My major is cyber security. [/quote]
