I tracked today and was at about 1500 calories and maybe 30-35 total carbs (net would be a little lower) I had eggs, homemade chicken salad, mixed green salad with homemade vinaigrette, carrots, cucumber and celery sticks with greek yogurt dip, grilled chicken with melted cheese and avocado, like 5 tortilla chips and salsa, sautéed green veggies, a few berries and almond butter for dessert and a tequila club soda with lime. I also had water and espresso. So generally healthy and I didn’t feel deprived. I did a power yoga and 30 min spin workout. [/quote]
