This is typically done by an office of institutional research within the college and occurs long after the end of the admission season. While colleges will continue to receive the data from Common App for that purpose, several replies in this thread appear unaware that college [i]admissions offices[/i] will have this info filtered out of their view (as is the case with various other data fields in the Common App).
