But a blonde/blue eyed Spaniard can pick Hispanic. From a college admissions standpoint, this is stupid. [/quote] I despise how idiotic DCUM is on this topic. On the common app, the Brazilian would select Latino (Brazil) as ethnicity and race as they choose. The Spaniard would select Hispanic (Spain) as ethnicity and white as race. It is not hard.
