I think the form is poorly written and instructions are garbage. If I put value of my entire house it would go way over 250K and I would owe a tax equal to my rental income. This would effectively be government banning me from being able to use my house as income property because they would take the entire income. If this is a new law, then its only purpose is to kill all private landlord activity in DC. I doubt this is the case without much political backlash.[/quote]
