Not a teacher. And am not familiar with any research. My issue is not necessarily the "no homework" approach. And I don't see a benefit to a drown them in HW approach, either. Some targeted reinforcement at home (finding that sweet spot between nothing and not too much) has benefitted my child. And I'd like to see more writing with detailed feedback from the teachers. Other than that, a lot of what they have to do at home is not super useful based on what I can see. Again, not an educator. [/quote]
