Metro trains and stations once seemed so clean that one could have eaten off the floor. (Of course, then Metro police would have taken enforcement action.) Now, anything goes: Littering, food and drink left behind on the seats, smoking (cigarettes, pot, vaping), fare evasion/theft of services, loud music playing.
