[/quote] Yeah I arrived at Dulles a few months ago and they “weren’t using MPC right now” Clearly no explanation or anything - just gruffly told to get into the very long regular line. So definitely use it if available, but sometimes it’s not. I arrived in Dulles last week and the app kept giving an error message that the forms couldn’t be submitted.
