Karl Racine’s OAG prosecutors stopped holding young violent offenders truly accountable, leading to the teens running the streets feeling they were invincible. Brian Schwalb has not shown any willingness to reverse that trend so here we are. An entire generation of young people that don’t believe the law applies to them because they know they will not be held truly accountable.[/quote]
