The Miami case seems compelling but Judge Cannon could delay trial and/or rule in his favor on every major issue. The Georgia case also seems compelling if the rumors are true but we haven’t seen the indictment yet. No idea what to expect from the federal January 6 case. Also, I think as a practical matter he will be under house arrest. Otherwise he would need round-the-clock secret service protection in prison which doesn’t seem feasible.[/quote]
