We finally got through COVID and then had to deal with compensatory services. None of those things were created by her. She inherited everything. There are a lot of issues with special education with the greatest one being figuring out how to staff schools with a shrinking pool of qualified teachers. That’s not a problem she or FCPS created. That’s the reality all across the country right now. Don’t complain about Boyd leading region 6. Instead ask what’s going to happen with the special services department. [/quote]
