Per the Consumer Product Safety Commission, one medical examiner listed the cause of death in one incident in which a teenager was killed as “multiple blast related injuries to the head and neck, decapitation, avulsion of the brain, multiple calvarial and basilar skull fractures, facial fractures and cervical vertebrae fractions….” It goes on and on, but you get the idea.[/quote]
