It’s a community center. Ours has coffee and magazines and the olds are encouraged to hang out. It also has a robust camp program so yes, pencils, colored pencils and even markers could be found for a member on request. Same as soap, first aid supplies and probably granola bars!  [/quote]

Yes but if you go in the gym childcare the worker there isn’t allowed to leave to go over to the camp to get a pencil, due to ratios.

Yes if I spend hundreds a week for a full day camp I expect age limited groupings and a variety of art materials, although I still wouldn’t have a tantrum if they didn’t happen to have a pencil.  But this wasn’t at the camp.[/quote]
