I agree with the first PP. And it sounds like OP can't afford to replace public school with private. And she hasn't even really specified what is wrong other than her second child needs smaller class sizes which she can easily get in a different public school. Our non-Title1 public school never had a single class over 23. Often 20-21. [/quote]
