Nobody cares. It is extremely common for drunks to beat their kids. It is extremely uncommon for people high on cannabis to beat anyone. REMINDER: There is an exception to every rule.[/quote]

They may not be beating their child, but are they providing adequate care and supervision?  Moreover, you still haven’t addressed the brain damage and other health consequences they’re inflicting on their child by exposing them to secondhand smoke while they’re still developing.[/quote]
