We all return packages and mail that are clearly misdelivered. But, a package delivered to the wrong address is the fault of the shipping company. If I found out a package was delivered to someone else, and I never heard from that neighbor (let’s say I didn’t know them), I would contact the company because it was 100% their error. I just can’t imagine thinking of it as theft.[/quote]
