Everyone has a card reader, almost everyone has a “cash preferred” sign, and if you pay with cards the fee is passed on the customer. I don’t consider this cash only, although I generally pay cash only unless I’ve forgotten to go to the ATM recently. It’s just easier for both of us.[/quote]
