I think it's hard to find PT work, but if that's what you want, it doesn't make sense to go the FT route hoping for a change. I know so many women caught in the position of hoping that eventually they'll get that out of their employer. The bottom line is that if your employer hires you FT, they want you FT and they can always find someone else to take your place. [/quote]
