Those are health aides, who have a few weeks of training but are otherwise not medical professionals of any kind (although we are still lucky to have them). But the pay is really low, so they can't even keep those. Perhaps if we had fewer paper pushers making big bucks (and more work for the rest of us) in Gatehouse, or maybe eliminated the 24-hour coffee bar they have there, then we could afford to keep some staff who actually work in the actual schools.
